A program that assists pregnant women and children to obtain health care services in order to have a healthy pregnancy and promote the healthy development of the child and family. The goals of the program are:

-- To provide access to primary health care.

-- To identify and resolve access barriers through referral and linking.

-- To provide health education to all eligible clients.

-- To reduce infant mortality.
