Helps increase access to education and employment, among other supports. Services include: - Seeking expungements and sealing criminal records, restoring driver’s licenses, and removing other barriers to employment, education and housing. - SNAP and TANF denials, calculations, overpayments and sanctions. - Special education, school discipline, and school enrollment issues. - Community Care Program and Home Services Program issues. - Tax disputes with IRS, including innocent spouse relief, identity theft, and collections.

- Meets income and asset guidelines (less than 125% of federal poverty level, or less than 200% if the client has certain expenses. Some grants may alllow programs to serve people with higher incomes). - No conflicts of interest. - Lives in service area. - Meets citizenship and immigration requirements.
