There is a $1 replacement fee for lost or damaged library cards. - No fines for overdue items checked-out from Messenger Public Library, patrons are responsible for items checked-out from other libraries through MPL. - Patrons must pay replacement costs for lost or damaged materials. - Photocopying, faxing, scanning, and printing fees vary.
