The Hope Center Foundation believes that with a workforce development program in place, participants will reach their highest potential through useful training and development. Through several programs, their mission is to provide participants with better job prospects and employable skills, such as resume writing, interviewing techniques, and providing new, professional clothing for job interviews. The program includes a job fair as well as job placement. The objective is to introduce career pathways that support the opportunity to earn a good living. Upon completion of the program, participants are equipped with skills that demand higher wages and keep them competitive in a changing market.
