Eligibility

You are eligible for LID if your total household income, or the income of all working individuals combined, is 0% to 300% of the federal poverty level (FPL).

Application process

If you currently receive LIHEAP or PIPP benefits, or if your income in is between 0% to 200% of the federal poverty level (Tiers 1 through 4), visit your local Community Action Agency.If your household income is between 201% to 300% of the federal poverty level (Tier 5), please enroll directly on the ComEd website by selecting the "Enroll in LID" button.
