Services include Disability Related Transportation, Senior Ride Programs, Certificates/Forms Assistance, Friendly Visiting, Errand Running/Shopping Assistance, General Minor Home Repair Program, General Yard Work, Adult In Home Respite Care, and Social Clubs/Events. We accomplish this by providing dependable and compassionate support through direct care, advocacy, education, and outreach to individuals living in the Metro-East community. Provides advocacy, Services include Medical Equipment/Supplies, Adult Day Program Centers, Caregiver/Care Receiver Support Groups, Health/Disability Related Support Groups, Daily Living Aid Donation Programs, Walking Aid Donation Programs, and Wheelchair Donation Programs. ALSO KNOWN AS SJCC St. John's Community Healing Board
