Legal Aid Society - Metropolitan Family Services - Southwest Center (Palos Center)

The Legal Aid Society (LAS) of Metropolitan Family Services provides a wide range of essential legal services to low-income families lacking access to legal help. Legal representation and assistance coverage areas include domestic violence cases, specific areas of immigration, family and elder law, human trafficking, victims of crime, anti-gun violence, employment law, and housing and consumer issues. They also hold workshops to educate people on their rights in these areas.In addition, all LAS clients have access to the full scope of counseling and other services offered by Metropolitan Family Services.
