Eligibility

Candidates must be over 21+ years of age and fill out a credit check and a background check. Candidates with prior felonies and violent or sexual offenses will not be considered eligible. One-year lease minimum.

Application process

Resident applications are available at the front desk. No security deposit is required. Applicants will need to provide residential history and a $25.00 non-refundable application fee must be a money order.
