Their focus areas include:Post-purchase (Homeowner Counseling - Property Tax Exemptions, Refinancing, Home Repair/Maintenance, etc.)Foreclosure prevention (Mortgage Assistance/Loss Mitigation Application, Legal Aid Referral, etc.)Rental (Public housing, Eviction Prevention, Rental assistance application help, etc.)Budgeting and financial managementHomeless CounselingPre-purchase (Homebuyer Counseling)They offer personalized counseling for rental issues, foreclosure, and homelessness, etc. Counseling can be conducted in Korean, Spanish, or English.
