Serves children in Kindergarten through the 3rd grade that have significant speech and language deficits that interfere with their education achievement in the general education setting, and which cannot be appropriately addressed in resource and instructional program delivery models. Children receive intensive speech and language specialized supports and services. Scientifically based research tools and strategies are implemented to guide student's functional and academic development.
