This type of therapy is helpful in treating of variety of problems such as depression, anxiety, grief, substance abuse, stress and coping difficulties, eating problems, difficulties with problem solving and decision making, problematic anger, sleep problems, sexual problems, difficulty adjusting to changes in their life circumstances and difficulties in relationship with other people in their life.
