Palatine Township Senior Citizens Council Caring Hearts Adult Day Program is an interactive small group for older adults with mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's disease or dementia. If you are caring for someone with dementia, your loved one may benefit from this program. Group members maintain their independence and stay active by making new friends, socializing, and participating in a variety of fun activities.

Palatine Township Senior Citizens Council (PTSCC) is a private 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to offer programs and services that support older adults and their families by encouraging independence, well-being, and connection to the community. They provide a full spectrum of education, nutrition, health, social services, and recreational activities, including Russian and Hispanic outreach and multicultural events, to individuals 50+ in the greater Palatine area. However, all older adults are welcome. They also provide information and assistance to individuals with disabilities who are 18 or older.
