- Must be the victim of a violent crime; or the family member of a person who was killed or injured as a result of a violent crime; or a person who resided in the same dwelling as the victim at the time the violent crime occurred - Crime must have occurred within five years (three years after age 18 for minors or three years from removal of a disability)
