Offers free transportation services for seniors and adults with disabilities in West Deerfield, Vernon, Moraine, and Shields Townships. Provides assisted transportation and curb to curb service depending on client's needs. Clients can travel up to ten miles and allows for destinations outside of Lake County. Service can be used for shopping, errands, medical appointments, social events, or other needs.

Application process
- Call to schedule an in-home intake appointment - Rides must be scheduled by phone at least five days in advance for assisted transportation, and three days in advance for curb to curb service Documents Required: - Proof of residency (driver's license or utility bill)

- Must be seniors 60 years or older, or adults with permanent or temporary disability 25 years and older - Must be a resident of one of the following townships: West Deerfield, Vernon, Moraine, or Shields (excludes North Chicago) - Wheelchairs must be able to fold down for storage
