Adapt America provides psychosocial rehabilitation for adults living in nursing homes and supportive housing. Services also include case management, individual counseling, and mental health crisis intervention. Adapt's target population includes persons diagnosed with chronic and severe mental illness for whom traditional methods of treatment and rehabilitation have not been sufficient.
