Adult Protective Services restores the dignity and safety of adults with disabilities ages 18 to 59, and seniors over the age of 60 who find themselves victims of abuse, neglect, self-neglect or financial exploitation and may have few resources to change their situation and protect themselves. All Adult Protective Services are confidential.

North Shore Senior Center provides an array of social service programs and services that enable older adults to live safely and independently in Chicago's northern suburbs. NSSC offers a comprehensive suite of services including a wide array of social services, specialized care for people living with dementia, counseling, money management, educational and wellness programs, and volunteer opportunities. Social service offices are located in Northfield, Niles, Glenview, and Evanston. North Shore Senior Center is accredited by CARF.
