Application process
(1) Call the main number to speak with an Intake & Referral Specialist (2) Personal information about you and your household members will be collected (3) If appropriate, a referral will be made to this program and a staff member will call you at a later time to for further assessment over the phone (4) An in-office appointment will be scheduled to complete an application for those who appear to be eligible (5) Documentation will be required for all household members (6) Once the application is completed and verified, applicant will be notified if assistance will be provided.

Eligibility
Must be living in or moving into DuPage County; Must have an eviction notice, be in danger of foreclosure, or currently homeless; Lease, intent to lease, or mortgage with name of applicant; Landlord or Mortgage company must agree work with the program; Must meet income guidelines; Additional criteria may apply per available funding source.
