IMMUNIZATIONS | MCLEAN COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
The Immunization Clinic provides immunization for most vaccine-preventable diseases in both adults and children. Available vaccines include: - Chicken Pox. - Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis (DTaP). - Flu shot. - Haemophilus influenza type B (HIB). - Hepatitis A. - Hepatitis B. - Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). - Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR). - Meningitis. - Meningitis B. - Pneumonia. - Polio. - Prevnar 13. - Rotavirus. - Shingles (adults 50 and older). - Tetanus (Td). - Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis (Tdap).

Medicaid, Medicare (Flu & Pneumonia only), private insurance, private pay accepted. Walk-in Flu vaccine for Adults can be accommodated.
Eligibility
Individuals who are eligible through VFC are children (ages 0-18) who: - are uninsured. - are underinsured, meaning their insurance does not cover vaccines. - have Illinois Medicaid, All Kids, or Medicaid insurance coverage. - are native Alaskan or American Indian. Children must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or designated proxy. Adults: Vaccines are available for adults with no insurance or whose insurance does not cover vaccines through the Vaccine For Adults (VFA) program. Adults with Medicare: the flu shot and pneumonia vaccine are the only vaccines Medicare will cover if given at McLean County Health Department.
