IMMUNIZATIONS | MCLEAN COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
The Immunization Clinic provides immunization for most vaccine-preventable diseases in both adults and children. Available vaccines include: - Chicken Pox. - Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis (DTaP). - Flu shot. - Haemophilus influenza type B (HIB). - Hepatitis A. - Hepatitis B. - Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). - Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR). - Meningitis. - Meningitis B. - Pneumonia. - Polio. - Prevnar 13. - Rotavirus. - Shingles (adults 50 and older). - Tetanus (Td). - Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis (Tdap).

Fee
Medicaid, Medicare (Flu & Pneumonia only), private insurance, private pay accepted. Walk-in Flu vaccine for Adults can be accommodated.
Eligibility
Most private insurance plans covering immunizations will be accepted for adults and children, in addition to Medicaid and Medicare. Vaccines are also provided through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program. Individuals who are eligible through VFC are children (ages 0-18) who: - are uninsured. - are underinsured, meaning their insurance does not cover vaccines. - have Illinois Medicaid, All Kids, or Medicaid insurance coverage. - are native Alaskan or American Indian. Children must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or designated proxy. Adults: Vaccines are available for adults with no insurance or whose insurance does not cover vaccines through the Vaccine For Adults (VFA) program. Adults with Medicare: the flu shot and pneumonia vaccine are the only vaccines Medicare will cover if given at McLean County Health Department.
