Long Term Care Ombudsman Programs | DuPage County Community Services

Program teaching people living in long-term care facilities and their families about their rights. It also helps them with problems they may have and gives information about nursing homes, assisted living facilities, supportive living facilities, and ways to pay for care. The program also finds and trains volunteers to visit nursing facilities in DuPage County. Each volunteer must visit their assigned facility once a month.
