COLAGE | COLAGE

Builds community among children, youth, and adults with one or more lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and/or asexual (LGBTQIA+) parent or caregiver. Aims to work toward social justice through youth empowerment, leadership development, education, and advocacy. All programs are led by people with shared experiences. Programs are approached through an intersectional lens, grounded by anti-racism, disability justice, economic justice, reproductive justice, and transformative justice. Agency goal is to serve every affinity group within the community of the program area served, driven by the interests and needs of that group, including: - Individuals with trans parents (PTP). - Adopted COLAGErs. - My Parent Came Out. - COLAGErs of color. - Retro COLAGErs. - Donor conceived COLAGErs. - COLAGErs with disabilities. - Second generation COLAGErs.
