Heartland Human Care Services' Vocational English Language Training (VELT) Program offers English language classes, one-on-one and group tutoring, job readiness, digital literacy, and transitions counseling to English language learners, including refugees and immigrants. The program also provides vocational training in areas such as Hospitality, Food Service, Information Technology, Childcare, Truck Driver Training, and Medical Interpreting. Recognizing the ever-changing demographics of its participants, the program frequently updates its curricula to meet current needs.
