Telephone Reassurance Program - Seniors Assistance Center

Senior Assistance Center provides a Telephone Reassurance Program for 60 years and older who wish to receive well-being calls. The goal of the program is to eliminate or reduce some of the concerns facing homebound seniors: isolation, loneliness, depression, anxiety and cognitive decline.

Mon 9:00am - 12:00pm; Tue 9:00am - 12:00pm; Wed 9:00am - 12:00pm; Thu 9:00am - 12:00pm; Fri 9:00am - 12:00pm; Seniors will have the option of how often they would like to receive calls. Volunteers from the center will make a call to the client between 9:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

The Seniors Assistance Center (SAC) is a non-profit organization that supports the 60 and over population with services and programs. Our mission is to provide for the needs of older adults, 60 and over, and individuals with disabilities, to assist them in maintaining a meaningful, dignified, and quality lifestyle both on a short-term and long-term basis within the communities of Norridge, Harwood Heights, and unincorporated Norwood Park Township.
