Application process

(1) Register on the website at https://www.dupagecounty.gov/government/departments/community_services/family_center/ (2) Emails Letter of Indigency to [email protected].

Fees

Self-Pay; "Letter of Indigency" from a DuPage County court accepted to waive course fee.
