Adult Day Services

Chicago Commons' Adult Day Services (ADS) center provides a professional care setting in which seniors and adults with disabilities are transported to the center to receive individualized care in a community-based group setting. They provide preventive care, health monitoring, and skilled nursing services for up to 80 individuals daily. Staff includes a Registered Nurse daily, Monday through Friday.Other services include nutritious meals, wheel-chair accessible transportation, physical exercise and range of motion activities, and recreational and social activities.

Commons has four directly operated early childhood education centers in Back of the Yards, Humboldt Park and Pilsen and an Adult Day Services center in Bronzeville that serves seniors and adults with disabilities.
