Step Up Small Grants Program - Step Up For Mental Health

Step Up For Mental Health provides short-term or emergency small grants for individuals and families who need professional mental health support for 1-3 months or mental health medication. They are mainly focusing on poverty issues related to food disparities and other short-term goals. Please Note: They support very small grants, i.e., a bus pass for a new job or therapy, youth school support, or a bag of groceries.To learn more or see if you qualify for the Step Up Small Grants program, please complete the online form or call the helpline.

They do this by providing a safe place to share stories and find support for others who are dealing with mental health disorders or caring for a family member with a mental illness.
