Step Up For Mental Health provides short-term or emergency small grants for individuals and families who need professional mental health support for 1-3 months or mental health medication. They are mainly focusing on poverty issues related to food disparities and other short-term goals. Please Note: They support very small grants, i.e., a bus pass for a new job or therapy, youth school support, or a bag of groceries.
