Ethiopian Community Association of Chicago (ECAC) is a non-profit organization that offers services to meet the educational, cultural, psychological, and socio-economic needs of Ethiopians and other immigrants in Chicago and the surrounding areas. Services include case management, citizen preparation, ESL classes, immigrant housing and resettlement, job training, counseling and placement, personal finance education, and youth programming.
