Jackson Park Hospital offers two Partial Hospitalization Programs Monday through Friday, except holidays. The morning PHP starts at 9:30am and afternoon/evening PHP begins at 3:00pm

Referrals to the PHP program can be made by a physician, mental-health professional, a hospital or intermediate care facility, friends, family, and oneself. Call the PHP Intake Department at (773) 947-7630 for more information or a free confidential assessment.

The Jackson Park Hospital Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides treatment to individuals with acute and persistent psychiatric disorders who require coordinated, intensive, and comprehensive multidisciplinary treatment.The hospital's PHP serves as an option for individuals to continue an intensive level of care after an inpatient hospitalization. PHP serves as an alternative to inpatient hospitalization when an individual is experiencing acute symptoms of mental illness but does not require 24-hour care and in instances when outpatient care has been determined to be insufficient and/or ineffective.
