Provides educational alternatives for truant and dropout youth. Students may earn high school credits leading to a diploma or prepare for GED testing. Classes are offered at the Outreach Center and the Black Hawk College Adult Learning Center. Supportive services include personal and vocational counseling, teen parent programs, and bus tickets.
