Volunteer counselors with the Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP) offer free, one-on-one insurance counseling at DFSS's Regional Senior Centers and over the phone. SHIP counselors can offer free assistance on the following subjects:Questions about Medicare, including the Medicare Open Enrollment period, Medigap, or supplementary insurance coverageSelecting the best prescription drug discount cardChoosing the best Medicare Part D Prescription Drug ProgramResolving billing disputes between a beneficiary and Medicare
