Call to register for the next in-person homebuyer's class or register for the online version at https://bpncc.myhometrackonline.org .Participants must complete the In-Person or Online class and at least one face to face session with a housing counselor in order to receive the Home Buyer's Education certificate.

Description

The Home Buying Program consists of 8 hours of education and counseling to meet HUD's requirements. The program is designed to offer individual counseling and group education where clients will learn about the home buying process, credit, money management, the different mortgage products, and down payment assistance programs. After completion of the program, a certificate will be provided.
