ComEd Customer Relief Fund - Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division - La Villita Corps Community Center

This program is for active ComEd residential customers with past-due balances and who are at or below 300 percent of the Federal Poverty Level. Eligibility is also limited to residential customers whose ComEd bill is separated from their rent statement.
