Chicago State University (CSU) Advancing Broadband Equity through Learning Intermediaries Neighborhoods in Chicago (ABE-LINC) program offers digital literacy services to community members living within a 15-mile radius of CSU. ABELINC staff trains and provides guidance.

Chicago State University - Project Success provides counseling and information on college admissions to 1,200 qualified adults who want to enter or continue a program of post-secondary education or enter a GED program. The program's services are intended for low-income or first-generation college students. Verification of income is required for financial aid purposes. Walk-ins are accepted on Wednesdays with lunch hours between 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Hours are subject to change. Call for more information about walk-ins throughout the week and required documents.
