Elk Grove Township Emergency Assistance, or EA, is for households experiencing a life-threatening circumstance, which consists of having a 5 day-notice for eviction or a disconnection notice for utility and having a qualifiable emergency. Individuals and families may qualify based on township guidelines, which include financial and non-financial factors. Those who receive an EA grant may qualify once every 24 months.
