To be eligible for these services you must be a senior resident of Stickney Township and meet certain household size and 30-day gross income requirements. The LIHEAP DVP Program will be resuming October 1st to October 31st for the following households and populations:. Households with an older adult, age 60 and over;. Households with a person living with a disability;. Families with children aged 5 and under;.
