Issues certified copies of Missouri birth and death records. Birth records are available if born after 1920. Death certificates are available from 1985 to present day. Birth records prior to 1920, and death records between 1984 and 1950 must be obtained through the Missouri Center of Health and Senior Services.

Cooper County Public Health Center provides birth certificates, death certificates, communicable disease control, tap water testing, public facility health inspection, restaurant/food sanitation, community clinics, blood pressure screening, HIV testing, nutrition assessment services, STD and tuberculosis screening, breastfeeding support programs, childhood immunizations, flu vaccines and WIC.
