Eligibility

  • Adult Program clients must be 18 years of age or older, compliant with Selective Service Requirements, and authorized to work in the United States; Priority given to US Veterans;
  • Dislocated Worker Program clients must be 18 years of age or older, compliant with Selective Service requirement, and authorized to work in the United States; Priority will be given to US Veterans, laid off or terminated workers who are eligible for (or have exhausted) unemployment insurance, those who are unemployed due to a business closing, displaced homemakers, those who are formerly self-employed, spouses of a member of active duty Armed Forces who have experienced a loss of employment due to relocation or is unemployed and experiencing difficulty in obtaining/upgrading employment;
  • Youth Program open to ages 17 and under who meet employment eligibility guidelines
