The Kroc Senior Center provides activities and events on a daily basis to ensure that mature adults are kept actively involved, engaged and aware of available senior services, events and activities (i.e.-field trips, musical performances, stage plays, arts & crafts, educational workshops and other social events).Information about health care and senior-related resources is provided to improve emotional, physical, social, cultural, and spiritual growth in a safe, fun, and relaxing environment to enhance their quality of life and spiritual well-being.A number of these activities are: Aqua Fit, Gospel-aerobics, Zumba, Tai Chi, Senior Fitness, Line Dance Classes and Walking Club as well as Art, Photography and other educational classes.
