A national organization of blind, visually impaired, and sighted individuals whose purpose is to work towards independence, security, equality of opportunity, and improved quality of life for all blind and visually impaired people. ACB programs and services include: - The ACB Braille Forum. - The ACB E-Forum. - ACB Media, the organization's Internet radio station, which has 10 channels of programming. - Numerous college scholarships. - Actively participates in the national legislative and advocacy scene. - Nationwide network of chapters and support groups. - Daily community events available via Zoom and telephone, covering topics from music, cooking, smart phone and tablet basics. - Support groups for widows/widowers. - Exercise and fitness classes. - Accessible online games. - Artists' group. - Computers and technology.
