Provides services to help families find a way out of poverty. The CAA works in the communities to prevent the conditions of poverty from affecting future generations; the main goal is to help individuals function financially, physically, mentally, and socially at their own level and aid their attempts to attain new levels which will allow them to become self-sufficient.
