Behavioral Health/Counseling Services - Christian Community Health Center - Chicago Clinic

Christian Community Health Center (CCHC) offers a wide range of behavioral or mental health services at all clinic sites. Clinicians will assist you in addressing a wide range of issues such as depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and substance use. They provide a range of necessary services, including psychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy sessions, and psychiatric referrals based on the individual needs of each client. Their clinicians are clinically licensed by the state of Illinois and proficient in providing the behavioral health services they offer. As a Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR) licensed intervention and substance abuse treatment provider, certified alcohol and drug abuse counselors also provide group-level intervention and treatment.

Walk-ins are accepted, but appointments are preferred. Please contact the CCHC Call Center at (773) 233-4100 to make an appointment at any of their sites and with any provider. If you are a new patient, the Call Center will schedule your first appointment and give you instructions on what to bring to your first visit.
