Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) - Lutheran Social Services of Illinois - Keystone Group Home
LSSI offers several CILA homes for adults age 18+ with intellectual/developmental disabilities throughout the state. Their goal is to help residents achieve maximum growth and independence in a caring and supportive community setting. LSSI provides residents with structure and supervision, helping them increase self-sufficiency, add to their independent living skills, develop and maintain relationships, and use resources in the community.

Individuals must have an active Home/Community-based/CILA Waiver in Illinois to qualify for services. For information on how to apply for a waiver, please call the Developmental Disabilities Helpline: (888)-337-5267. Most referrals come from the ISC- Independent Service Coordination Agencies.

Eligibility
Must be 18 years of age. Must have a diagnosis of Autism. Must agree to participate in a CILA program. Free of medical conditions that would require long-term nursing care or extraordinary medical care. No known sex offenders. May have mild behavior problems, but not to the point that they pose a danger to themselves or others. Shall be eligible to participate in a school or vocational program.
