Must be an Illinois Veteran; Have a verifiable medical appointment or job interview; Notify the YWCA of appointments at least 1 week in advance

Mon 8:30am - 5:30pm Tue 8:30am - 5:30pm Wed 8:30am - 5:30pm Thu 8:30am - 5:30pm Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm The YWCA Elgin is open year round Monday through Friday. With the exception of designated holidays.From September through mid-May the YWCA Elgin is open from 8:00am to 8:30pm.

The Illinois Department of Veterans' Affairs has partnered with the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago and the Federal VA to provide quality, childcare at No Cost while veterans attends scheduled medical or counseling appointments; or job interview.
