Individual Counseling | UMSL Counseling and Social Advocacy Center
Provides individual counseling to explore and address individual personal difficulties. Difficulties might include depression, anxiety, grief, substance abuse, stress and coping difficulties, eating problems, difficulties with problem solving and decision making, problematic anger, sleep problems, sexual problems, difficulty adjusting to changes in their life circumstances and difficulties in relationship with other people in their life.
