Community Outreach Program: Provides community outreach to increase level of accountability of high risk juveniles allowed to return to the community and to heighten the visibility of juvenile officers. This is done by juvenile officers accompanying Festus police officers on rounds and conducting unannounced visits to the homes of juveniles.
