Description
Provides home delivered meals to seniors who qualify. When individuals call, an assessment will be set up to determine eligibility of the senior. Let the I & A specialist know if the senior has diabetes so an appropriate meal can be provided. Sample menus can be sent out to individuals who are looking into signing up for the program.
