NSSC's Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Program provides information and assistance for older adults who are raising young children. Operated and overseen by case managers in the Niles Senior & Family Services Office, this program provides seniors with emotional support, parenting education, respite and financial counseling/assistance while they navigate the challenges of raising their grandchildren.

North Shore Senior Center provides an array of social service programs and services that enable older adults to live safely and independently in Chicago's northern suburbs. NSSC offers a comprehensive suite of services including a wide array of social services, specialized care for people living with dementia, counseling, money management, educational and wellness programs, and volunteer opportunities.
