ComEd Customer Relief Fund - Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago - Central Office

Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS) is working with ComEd to launch a one-time program to financially support eligible ComEd residential customers experiencing higher energy costs during peak usage summer months. Eligible resident customers may qualify for grants up to $500.

This program is for active ComEd residential customers with past-due balances and who are at or below 300 percent of the Federal Poverty Level. Eligibility is also limited to residential customers whose ComEd bill is separated from their rent statement.
