Community Organizing - Northwest Center - Main Office
Northwest Center is a place-based nonprofit with roots in organizing. The Youth Leadership Council provides a safe, positive, consistent space for students to grow as young organizers, receive academic and emotional support, and make meaningful peer connections. The Parent Mentor Program organizes parents around issues facing neighborhood public schools. Their Homeowners United committee organizes around property tax reform.
