(1) Call the toll-free at 888-777-4620 to speak to staff member from the Credit Counseling Team.(2) Staff will book an appointment and a CAP Debt Center Manager will come out to visit the applicant at home or at a location of their choosing. (3) Bring all financial paperwork to appointment, debt center manager will sort through and digitally send relevant copies to CAP's head office. (4) Staff at the head office will work out a budget plan and identify the best way out of debt for the applicant.
