Must be an Illinois resident, seniors (65 and older), or individuals with disabilities (age 16 and older prior to January 1 of the current year). Must meet the following income requirement (on or after January 1, 2020): - $33,562 per year for a 1 person household - $44,533 per year for a 2 person household - $55,500 per year for a 3 person household
